Feature : Water purification devices using reverse osmosis membrane are roughly classified into RO purified (pure) system, seawater desalination, and ultrapure water purification devices. In the case of seawater desalination facilities, seawater membrane filters are used, and components are also composed of parts with corrosion resistance (salt corrosion). In the case of ultrapure water, ion exchange resin (or EDI included) is used to remove residual salt (ion) after RO filtration. Industrial water ->Fine Filtration->Activated carbon filter[Basic integer(150~220μs) : Simple impurity removal]->RO first stage[pure grade(3~15μs) ->RO second stage ->EDI[General ultrapure(15 ΜΩ or less) -> Ionic Resin[ultrapure water(115 ΜΩ or more)
In the case of direct resin use without EDI process, resin consumption is high industrial water -> Ion resin [general ultrapure water (less than 15 ΜΩ)] : Remove Simple Conductivity
If only ion resin is used for direct water, conductive material can be removed, but impurities such as rust cannot be removed. Resin consumption is high.
